SANTO DOMINGO- DOMINICAN REPUBLIC. JULY. Last Sunday, May 29th, the Judith Bohler Foundation (JB Foundation) has started its 5th fundraising for the Back to School 2022, which has as its main objective to supply school supplies to children in the Dominican Republic.
In this 5th edition the foundation aims to prepare 200 backpack kits with all the necessary materials for back to school.
Egal De Los Santos: Director of Social Programs, has indicated that this year the goal is to raise $2000.00 US Dollars which will be destined to the purchase of school supplies for children who come from families where their income is less than $100.00 US per month.
This year's campaign slogan is "Help me write my dream" which seeks to attract new donors and sponsors interested in sponsoring a child.
Delivery of school supplies in 2021
In the year 2021, JB Foundation will supply around 100 backpacks to the boys and girls of the Santo Tomas De Aquino community in the Los Tres Brazos sector in Santo Domingo East.
