Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic – The children who participated in the JB Foundation’s "Cine Móvil" summer program have joined a campaign to collect plastic bottle caps, which will be used to fund chemotherapy treatments for children with cancer. During the summer, hundreds of children were invited to attend the JB Foundation’s mobile cinema, with the goal of providing them with healthy recreation focused on values and education.
The program not only offered movie screenings but also encouraged the children to contribute to the "Caps for Chemo" project by bringing plastic bottle caps to donate. Throughout the movie sessions, more than 2,000 bottle caps were collected, demonstrating the participants’ commitment and solidarity with this noble cause.
The JB Foundation continues to show its dedication to the education and well-being of children, raising awareness about the importance of collaboration and supporting those in need.
